Ingredients:
- 250 grams of glutinous rice flour
- 5 tbsp rice flour
- 1/2 coconut, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 grains of brown sugar, finely comb
How to make:
1. Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour, grated coconut, and salt. Stir well.
2. Prepare banana leaves to wrap and heat the steamer.
3. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, fill with brown sugar, wrap it in banana leaves. Do this until all the dough ingredients are used up.
4. Steam the iwel-iwel cake until cooked. Lift and serve.
