- Mince meat Marination
- 1 kg mincemeat
- 4 medium sized Onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger Paste
- 5,6 Green Chillies
- 1 Handful Cilantro leaves
- Dry spices marination
- 1 teaspoon red chilli
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon papaya powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Frying
- Oil as required for fry

- Peel and cut the onions green Chillies. Make ginger and garlic Paste. Cut and washed the cilantro leaves.
- All vegetables and mincemeat add in machine and mix them together nicely.
- Then add all dry spices and knead like a dough, 4 to 5 minutes.
- Let them marinate 15 to 20 minutes, Then make medium sized balls,
- Press them on palm make thin kabab and put on preheated frying pan, on medium low flame. Shallow fry them until change the colour then flip it to the other side.
- Let it cook until turn golden and cook well, Then transfer into serving plate,
- Serve hot with chutney and naan, Garnish with salad cucumber slices, onion rings, sliced tomatoes and cabbage.
